Additional Charges

Mileage: For appraisal and consulting assignments, we do not bill drive time per hour. After the first 50 miles, mileage is charged at a rate of $2.00 per mile to account for drive time, vehicle wear & tear and gas. A mileage map will be included with billing.

Experts/Access/Reports: We will inform the client for approval before any additional expenses are incurred (e.g. engineers, access equipment, high/steep roof inspection, ESX measurements, mold testing, etc.)
